Fuel Station Supervisor

Solomon & Company (St Helena) Plc is seeking a Fuel Station Supervisor at the Longwood Fuel Station.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the fuel station, ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient performance, and the smooth running of daily activities.

Salary: £12,576 per annum (£1,048 per month)

What we’re looking for:

• Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Competency in Maths, English and IT
• Experience using EPOS tills, cash management and security procedures
• Knowledge of stock management
• Strong Health & Safety awareness, including the safe handling of hazardous substances
• Ability to undertake manual handling and physically demanding tasks
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and weekends when required
• Ability to use initiative, take responsibility and make routine decisions
